The EFS-22 is a state-of-the-art roll-tube type automatic bag-making and packaging machine that utilizes the latest technology to compactly integrate the processes of bag making, product filling, bag sealing, and cooling.

PE gusset film bag making and filling system

Feature ②

Adjustments to sealing temperature, sealing time, and cutting length settings are all performed using the graphic panel. The graphic panel includes an operation monitor, various settings screens, a fault indicator screen, and a sequencer I/O monitor display, and controls all aspects of operation.

Feature ③

By attaching a chute with high filling efficiency, high-speed operation at approximately 30 bags (25 kg of resin) per minute is possible.
